Drellden Computer Services Ltd (Company Reg No. 2285091) was first established in August 1988 and was originally called Techden Computer Solutions Ltd. The company operated successfully under that name for over eighteen years but in February 2007 was renamed as Drellden Computer Services Ltd after the formal sale and transfer of the original trading business.
The Managing Director is Den Flavell, who is a well qualified Honours graduate engineer, having achieved professional Chartered Engineer status through The Engineering Council whilst also being a Member of both The British Computer Society and The Institution of Engineering and Technology (formerly known as The Institution of Electrical Engineers).
The earlier business was that of providing PC hardware, software, equipment and technical expertise for commercial, business and personal computing requirements, the corporate objective being to supply products and services on a professional basis, whilst ensuring that the solution offered was both economic and justifiable.
This business and the entire customer portfolio was sold as a fully operational concern such that the name of Techden Computer Solutions Ltd has been transferred to another limited company (Reg No 4632376) who will continue to trade on exactly the same basis as before.
As a systems supplier and consultancy, we had close working arrangements with many professional hardware/software vendors and trade suppliers. We were therefore able to source a wide range of products and specialist expertise to provide complete and total solutions for business users. Client service was of paramount importance and we aimed to establish long term relationships for the supply and support of PC systems and networks. As a specialist computer company we held accreditation from a number of high profile manufacturers including Hewlett Packard, Toshiba, Spire Technology, Demon Internet, Netgear, Seagate, Veritas, 3COM, Allied Telesyn, McAfee, Panda, etc.
Drellden Computer Services Ltd will continue in using the principles firmly established over the years and to provide on-going support to the earlier business as or when might be deemed necessary. However this will be to solely provide consultancy based expertise in the PC systems market environment. Some of the strategic business areas in which we have specific expertise include:
